Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of c2mtai.cloud and the C2MT AI platform (the “Service”), operated by C2MT AI, Inc. (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on that organization's behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.

C2MT AI helps small business government and commercial contractors discover opportunities, evaluate fit, and draft proposal responses with AI assistance. Match scores, bid/no-bid recommendations, compliance checks, and AI-generated proposal text are decision-support tools, not guarantees of eligibility, compliance, or award outcome. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated or AI-assisted content before submitting it to a government agency or relying on it for a business decision.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. Accounts belong to an organization; the admin(s) of an organization are responsible for managing its members' access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected) through our payment processor, Stripe. Plan limits (proposals, seats, generations, storage, and similar) are described on our pricing page and may change between plan versions; we will not silently reprice an active subscription without notice. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings or by contacting us.

You retain ownership of the company information, documents, and proposal content you upload or create in the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you, including generating AI-assisted drafts from it. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload, including documents belonging to teaming partners.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or a government agency's procurement rules.
• Attempt to access another organization's data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure, including excessive automated use.
• Misrepresent your company's certifications, past performance, or other material facts in content submitted through the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting and AI processing), MongoDB Atlas (database hosting), Vercel (website hosting), and SAM.gov (public federal contracting data). Your use of those integrations is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that opportunity matches, bid recommendations, compliance analysis, or AI-generated content will be complete, accurate, or suitable for submission without your own review. We are not a government agency and do not guarantee contract awards.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, C2MT AI, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost business or missed proposal deadlines, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms or nonpayment, with notice where practicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated to active users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
