Frequently asked questions

How C2MT AI works, how plans are sold, and how your data is handled.

Overview & core purpose

What is C2MT AI?

C2MT AI is an AI-powered growth operating system designed for both government (GovCon) and commercial contractors. It brings opportunity search, CRM, capture management, proposal development, and compliance into one unified platform, eliminating fragmented tools and manual processes across sectors. C2MT AI is led by a Service-Disabled Veteran.

Who is C2MT AI built for?

The platform is built for small and mid-sized federal and state contractors; proposal, capture, and business development leaders in GovCon; proposal consulting firms serving government agencies; B2B service firms responding to commercial RFPs and RFQs; technology, construction, consulting, and professional services contractors; and growth executives overseeing both government and commercial divisions.

The problem & solution

What market problems does C2MT AI solve?

Both GovCon and commercial contractors face disconnected workflows between opportunity identification, CRM tracking, and proposal development; manual qualification without data-driven scoring; proposal compliance risks and slow response cycles; limited visibility across pursuit pipelines; and inefficient team coordination on complex bids.

How does C2MT AI address these challenges?

At launch, C2MT AI delivers AI-enhanced proposal development, bid/no-bid decision support with scoring, end-to-end pursuit visibility, and SAM.gov opportunity search with match scoring. GovCon-specific CRM, capture management workflows, government forecasting, and commercial RFP tooling are on the roadmap after launch.

Key features & differentiators

What are the main features of C2MT AI?

At launch: opportunity search and AI match scoring, bid/no-bid decision support, proposal development with AI, compliance tracking, pricing tools, team collaboration, document uploads, teaming partner records, and NAICS and agency filters on opportunities. Coming soon: full CRM, capture management, government forecasting, commercial RFP optimization, industry and vertical segmentation, and competitive analysis.

What makes C2MT AI different from other tools?

Dual-sector by design: built for both government and commercial contracting. AI-driven proposal development tailored to sector requirements. Compliance-aware workflows for both government regulations and commercial RFP requirements. Integrated team coordination across contract types. A flexible platform that adapts to GovCon or commercial structures.

Target launch & availability

When will C2MT AI be available?

The official launch is targeted for the end of October 2026.

What is the launch strategy for both sectors?

Trust, education, and conversion: sector-specific website content and demo funnels, LinkedIn campaigns targeting GovCon and commercial BD professionals, educational webinars for each sector, email nurture sequences with sector-specific case studies, founder-led outreach, strategic partnerships with GovCon and commercial associations, and founding customer offers for both markets.

Can I participate as an early customer or pilot user?

Yes. We are recruiting pilot customers from both markets: federal and state contractors, proposal service firms, and commercial technology, consulting, construction, and professional services firms. Email sales@c2mtai.cloud to express interest.

Is there a free trial?

No. Instead of a trial, we walk you through the platform on a live demo using the kinds of opportunities you actually bid on.

How do I book a demo?

Email sales@c2mtai.cloud with your company name and the contracts you pursue, and we'll set up a time.

Pricing & plans

What pricing models will be offered?

Three paid plans: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. We go through which one fits your team, and its pricing, on your demo.

Will there be sector-specific trials?

Pilot programs will include GovCon pilot offers with government compliance features, commercial pilot offers with commercial RFP optimization (coming soon), and cross-sector trials for diversified organizations.

How are payments handled?

Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's hosted checkout page. Your card details never touch our servers.

Opportunities & AI

Where do the opportunities come from?

Opportunities come from SAM.gov and are refreshed eight times a day.

How does match scoring work?

Each opportunity is scored against your company profile, so the ones that fit your business rise to the top. The more complete your profile, the more useful the scores.

How does the bid/no-bid decision work?

Opportunities are scored 1 to 5 on eight weighted criteria: strategic fit, capability / technical fit, financial attractiveness, probability of win, compliance / contract terms, customer relationship / past performance, resource availability, risk level. AI suggests a score for each one, and you can adjust any of them before you decide.

Can I add a solicitation that isn't on SAM.gov?

Yes. Upload the solicitation as a PDF, Word (DOCX) or Excel (XLSX) file. Uploads are private to your organization. For SAM.gov opportunities, attached Excel and PowerPoint files are read as well as PDF and Word.

Proposals

How does proposal drafting work?

A proposal is organized into sections, and each section has its own AI chat you can use to draft and refine that part of the response. You stay in control: every section can be edited before you submit.

Does it help with compliance?

Yes. Requirements from the solicitation are tracked in a compliance view alongside your proposal, so you can see what still needs to be addressed.

Can I keep track of teaming partners?

Yes. You can record your teaming partners in your organization's settings. Full teaming and JV workflows are coming soon.

Implementation & support

How easy is it to implement C2MT AI for different sectors?

The platform offers sector-specific onboarding for GovCon or commercial teams, flexible configuration to match your contracting model, user-friendly interfaces designed for each sector's terminology and workflows, and training programs tailored to government or commercial best practices.

What support and resources are available?

Email support@c2mtai.cloud for help with your account, billing, or anything in the app. Sector-specific knowledge bases, dedicated webinars for each market, chat support with sector expertise, implementation guides for different contract types, and partner networks in both government and commercial spaces are coming soon.

Security & data

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Our AI runs on Amazon Bedrock inside Amazon Web Services. We do not use your content to train AI models, and AWS does not use content sent through Amazon Bedrock to train its models.

How is my data protected?

Data is encrypted in transit, and access to our infrastructure is controlled. Documents you upload are private to your organization.

Can I get a copy of my data or have it deleted?

Yes. Email support@c2mtai.cloud to ask us to access, correct, or delete your data.

Roadmap & vision

What's next after the launch?

Expanding AI capabilities for sector-specific proposal optimization, adding integrations with GovCon systems (SAM, FPDS) and commercial tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), building out advanced analytics for both markets, and developing cross-sector benchmarking features.

Can C2MT AI handle organizations doing both government and commercial work?

Yes. The platform is designed to support separate pipelines for GovCon and commercial opportunities, a unified dashboard showing combined pipeline health, shared resources (templates, team members, knowledge base) across sectors, and sector-specific compliance checks on the same platform. Commercial-specific modules roll out after launch.
